Nashville will be absolutely rocking on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2007, as the legendary Jack Greene celebrates his 40th anniversary as a member of the Grand Ole Opry during a special edition of the Midnight Jamboree at the Texas Troubador Theatre in Nashville.
Festivities begin at 11:00 p.m. with the cutting of the cake to kick off this momentous occasion, recognizing this universally-acclaimed and widely acknowledged "Gentleman of Country Music." It seems that with each passing year, that deep, mellow voice simply gets better with age! Jack will be making a special appearance during the Midnight Jamboree radio program, which is broadcast at 12 midnight on WSM, and will thrill his fans with a selection of his best-loved songs. Everyone with a sweet tooth is invited. Even if the cake runs out, the dessert will truly last all night long! There are a lot of surprises & special guests in store for Jack!
